Dr. V K Arora

Dr. V. K. Arora is a seasoned technocrat, academician, and thought leader in entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup ecosystems, with over two decades of experience spanning academia, industry, and government initiatives.

Holding a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, along with degrees in Electronics Engineering and International Business, he specializes in incubation, acceleration, venture development, skilling, and ESG-driven innovation. He has been instrumental in designing and strengthening startup ecosystems through innovation cells, incubation centers, and capacity-building programs across India and internationally.

Dr. Arora has mentored numerous startups and collaborated with universities, investors, corporates, and policy institutions, contributing to the growth of sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial ventures. His work includes leading large-scale programs, advisory roles, and international assignments focused on innovation policy and ecosystem development.

Currently, as the Chief Executive Officer of IGDTUW Anveshan Foundation for more than nine years, he is dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs by fostering inclusive, innovation-led enterprises. His work continues to contribute significantly to building a sustainable and equitable startup ecosystem.
