Dr. V K Arora, an accomplished technocrat, holds a Bachelor of Engineering, a Master's in Business, and a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship. With over two decades of dedicated service to the Indian entrepreneurial and startup ecosystem, Dr. Arora has been instrumental in conducting numerous capacity-building programs, pragmatic workshops, and acceleration cohorts since 2002. His expertise spans across various domains including Innovations, Skilling, Entrepreneurship, Startups, Incubation, and Professional & Venture Development.

Throughout his career, Dr. Arora has been closely associated with several successful startups, incubation centers, investors, universities, and government departments, providing invaluable handholding and advisory support. His reputation as an expert is further evidenced by his involvement in numerous national and international committees and consortiums.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the prestigious incubation center 'IGDTUW Anveshan Foundation' for over seven years, Dr. Arora's focus lies in promoting Women Entrepreneurship and Women Enterprises, thereby contributing significantly to the cause of Women Empowerment.
